I cheated with the whole “homemade” cake thing. I love a good ‘ole box mix. Especially the ones that require an entire stick of butter. How can anything not taste wonderful with a stick of butter? (Can you tell I was raised in the south?)
I also modified the toppings. I covered the sides with semi-sweet chocolate chips. I sprinkled a few on the top (not solid). Then I sprinkled some Heath bar chips on the top only. Finally I drizzled hot fudge ice cream topping on the top and sides.
It was a huge success at Bunco. I only brought one piece back for the Tu “J”s to share.
